Christy Hall, PA-C, MPAS
Founder of Skin Appeal, Mikel Kristi Skincare, and DeepBeauty Immersions
Christy Hall, PA-C, MPAS, is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 26 years of medical experience and more than two decades dedicated to advanced aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging medicine. Recognized among the top 1% of injectors in the United States, she is highly sought after for her refined, natural results and her ability to combine clinical precision with an artistic, highly individualized approach.
As the founder of Skin Appeal in Tucson, Arizona, Christy built a practice grounded in expertise, integrity, and a long-term vision of aging well. Her work spans advanced injectables, laser technologies, regenerative treatments, and comprehensive skin health strategies. She has completed extensive advanced training and has treated tens of thousands of patients, earning a reputation for delivering results that enhance rather than alter, leaving patients looking refreshed, balanced, and authentically themselves.
In addition to her clinical practice, Christy is an experienced educator who has trained other medical professionals, nationally and internationally, in advanced injection techniques, safety, and facial assessment. Her depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence have positioned her as a trusted leader in the aesthetic industry.
She is also the founder of Mikel Kristi Skincare, a results-driven, plant-based line developed to support skin health at a foundational level. Inspired by both her clinical experience and the environmental demands of the Arizona desert, the line reflects her belief that lasting results require both corrective treatments and daily support of the skin’s natural function.
While Christy’s career has been rooted in science and medicine, the evolution of her work has been shaped by her own personal journey. Through intentional inner work, therapeutic support, and physician-guided wellness therapies designed to expand self-awareness and emotional healing, she came to a powerful realization: true beauty is not created by external treatments alone. It is deeply influenced by self-perception, internal health, emotional well-being, and the relationship we have with ourselves.
This understanding led to the creation of DeepBeauty Immersions, a more expansive, integrative approach to beauty and transformation. These immersive experiences combine advanced aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare with internal optimization, peptide therapies, movement practices such as yoga and Pilates, bodywork, mindfulness, and guided personal development.
Christy’s philosophy is that the most impactful and lasting transformations occur when the external and internal are addressed together. By helping women cultivate self-confidence, shift limiting beliefs, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their vitality, she supports a level of transformation that goes far beyond appearance.
At the core of her work is a guiding belief: when a woman feels aligned, confident, and well from within, her outer beauty naturally follows. Her role is to provide the expertise, tools, and environment to support that alignment, through both advanced medical aesthetics and deeply intentional inner work.
Outside of her professional life, Christy enjoys hiking, strength training, yoga, Pilates, traveling, and experiences that foster both personal growth and inspiration.
Casey Marie Heardt
Founder of Rituals Within and Co-Founder of DeepBeauty Immersions
Casey’s company, Rituals Within, is a modern advisory devoted to the art of living well inside a life. Her work explores a simple but often overlooked idea: the way a life feels to inhabit is shaped by the conditions that surround and support it — the body, the environment, the emotional undercurrents of daily life, and the quiet rituals that organize our days.
Casey first became widely known through her long-standing work in Pilates and therapeutic movement, where she spent more than two decades working closely with people and bodies. Over time, that work revealed something deeper: tension, fatigue, strength, and resilience are rarely isolated physical events. The body often reflects the broader architecture of a life — its rhythms, responsibilities, atmosphere, and patterns of living.
Her path into this work has been intentionally interdisciplinary. Alongside movement and manual therapy, Casey trained in reconstructive makeup artistry, specializing in work with burn survivors and individuals navigating cranio-facial differences, as well as reflexology and other touch-based approaches to care. These experiences deepened her understanding of how form, perception, and identity shape lived experience.
Across disciplines, the same question continued to guide her work: what allows a life to hold well?
Over time her focus shifted. She became less interested in how strength appears, and more interested in how it functions underneath — in how a woman inhabits her body, how she organizes her environment, and how she understands the patterns shaping her life.
Rituals Within emerged from this long inquiry. The work explores the relationship between body intelligence, environment, and daily ritual, helping thoughtful women recalibrate the internal and external conditions shaping their lives.
Through reflective conversation, embodied practices, and small rituals of care, Casey helps the women she works with restore steadiness, clarity, and a renewed sense of inhabiting their own lives.
At the center of her philosophy is a quiet truth: the body reflects the conditions of a life — and when those conditions begin to change, life itself often begins to hold differently.
